This small and high quality cooling fan can be positioned to stand upright or laid flat, perfect for narrow place.

This 5volts fan can start-up when the voltage up to 3.5 volts, it can work normally between 4 volts to 5.5 volts, if overtake to 5.5 volts, it also can work, but not safe and will seriously affect the life of the fan.
